Time for an Update.

So I really just got on to write about tonight. Because it was fun.

But first my week. Monday: didn't do anything and it was great. Well I went to campus with Amanda for a bit but that's all.
Tuesday: I went and got my books, all $300 of them. And we had our first practice of the semester with the Thompkins dance teams...it was the worst ever because they couldn't stop talking or pay attention at all! So I wasn't happy about that. Then I came home and my mom was rude to me, so thankfully Amanda returned my phone call and gave me a place to runaway to for a little while, I needed it bad.
Wednesday: My first day of classes and it began at 7:30. I had 5 classes today, 3 are Math. The first day back also seems like a complete waste of time. But something good happened. I found out that Eric (from Madisonville, who I'd met last year at a frat party and talked to a lot) was in my health/wellness class. That was a relief because I was afraid I wouldn't know anyone in there and he's really easy to talk to...we talked for like 40 minutes when the class let out extremely early. So I thought the day wasn't too bad, not as bad as I'd expected it to be considering my lousy mood the night before. But just when the day was starting to look good...Mr Yunker informed Keri and I that a parent of a girl on dance team complained about the way we run practices. Apparently we are too rough on the and tell them to shut up "50 times a day." That's just ridiculous. I do not tell them to shut up. I know better than that. Plus we are not any rougher than anyone else would be. Sometimes we have to be a little hard on them when we have days like Tuesday where they are completely uncooperative. If not, we wouldn't get anything done at all and they wouldn't have any dances to perform at games! I think what bothers me most is that this parent can't come to us and talk to us about it. Instead they run to the principal and tell on us (an exaggerated version). Be an adult! Set a good example for your kid by handling it in a responsible manner! So that brought my day down a little. But I went to dance class so it was still ok.
Thursday: Nothing too exciting...had one class. Went to Kohls with mom. Thats about all.
Friday: Like too many Friday nights I spent this one at home. It snowed! My aunt came over and we drank margaritas and ate popcorn watching Transporter 2. And then just for fun (and a little for torture) I made my dad play a game with us, because he hates games! But since I'm such a daddy's girl when I gave him that sad look and said "Please Daddy" he couldn't really tell me no!
Ok so finally today/tonight (the short version): I took my dance teacher's daughter to her basketball game on the westside this morning...made $20. But then I went to Kohls while I was waiting and I spent 24...so I kinda lost money I guess! Came home, watch some random tv shows with my dad and then we all went to my cousin bball game in Newburgh and had pizza afterward and watched some football. Came home to watch the last half of the Denver/New England game. Which Denver won of course, crushing the Patriots hopes of another Super Bowl...take that Tom Brady, You Suck! But while watching the game Nathan calls. Him, Jason, Walt, and Tom are bored and they want something to do. So after some discussion (and stupid comments) they decided to come here and play pool and get in the hottub. So I ran up and shaved my legs real quick ;) and they came out. We played several games of pool. Nathan and I won every game as a team. So when they other guys were tired of losing, we got in the hottub. I was in my hottub with 4 guys!! And it was crazy and crowded, of course. They were all over the place sitting on each other, sitting on me, splashing, and all that silly stuff but it was so much fun and we were in there for a long, long time! Like an hour. Apparently I am now their favorite person in the world...well Nathan claims I was already his favorite so now I'm even more than favorite, whatever that is. This is definitely something that we should do again because those guys are hilarious and I have the most fun hanging out with them. Just Nathan by himself has always made me laugh more than anything, but then multiple that by 3 or 4...it was great. I can go to bed now in a great mood...after I brush out my wet hair (thanks Walt).
