She opens the door to the shop and immediately searches for Dominion.*

It is, but I take daily notes. It makes the yearly report easier to write.

Oh, that makes sense. *Pause. She pets the top of one of his wings in the silence.* ...so, since you had notes to take, you went out? *Wanting to be close isn't just through touch. Conversation is part of togetherness, too.*

No reason, I was curious. *The wingpets pause this time.* What do you take notes on when you don't go out, though? *...still curious.*

*She chuckles and resumes petting his wing, hugging him lightly with her other arm.* Sorry. I was just thinking. It sounds like it gets monotonous.

*He shrugs.* It could be worse. I suppose.

*Izumi sets the little bag she put the lipstick in on the table and pulls up a chair to sit next to him, reaching out once she's seated to keep running her hand through his feathers.* I was wondering about the census you told Uriel you were going to take...

*Dominion leans ever so slightly toward the touch.* What about it?

It's been a little while since you told him that. If you're having trouble with it, can I help? *She smiles at him.*

Yeah. *She laughs.* Someone was selling them, and I thought I'd buy something small for myself.
