Liverpool's Agger Hints At January Anfield Exit? Danish International Daniel Agger has suggested that he could be ready to leave Liverpool in the January transfer window after revealing that the Merseyside club are yet to offer the central-defender a new deal at Anfield.
23-year-old Agger joined the Reds in 2006 from Brondby and his present deal with Rafa Benitez’s side runs out in 2010.
However, Agger has not featured for Liverpool since their first leg Champions League qualifier against Standard Liege in August, with it understood that the defender is growing frustrated at the lack of first-team opportunities at the Premiership club.
Agger has confirmed that Liverpool are yet to make an offer of an extension to his current deal at Anfield.
“I can confirm that I have not received any offer for a contract extension from Liverpool,” he told Ekstra Bladet.

EDIT:
REDS SET TO OFFER AGGER NEW DEAL Liverpool are ready to reassure Daniel Agger his future remains at Anfield by offering the defender a new deal.
Having missed almost the whole of last season with a metatarsal problem, the 23-year-old has been restricted to just one appearance this campaign by the form of Jamie Carragher and Martin Skrtel and didn't even make the bench for Saturday's 2-1 win over Manchester United.
But Rafael Benitez believes Agger remains integral to the club's future, with the Anfield outfit preparing a new deal for the centre-back.
Agger, who was signed for £5.8m from Brondby in 2006, will enter the final two years of his contract in the New Year.
Liverpool are prepared to extend the player's association to the club, and chief executive Rick Parry said: "Daniel is very important to the future of the club."
With Sami Hyypia having been omitted Liverpool's 25-man Champions League squad, Agger could make an appearance tonight.
"Agger is in the squad," said Benitez. "The good problem I have is we have good centre-backs here and Agger is one of the best, so he could be playing against Marseille."
NO FABIO FOR REDS IN FRANCE Fabio Aurelio has been ruled out of Liverpool's Champions League Group D opener against Marseille on Tuesday night.
The Reds touched down in the south of France on Monday lunchtime following a 90 minute flight from John Lennon Airport as they step up preparations for the start of their European campaign for this season.
Rafael Benitez has brought an eighteen man squad to face a Marseille side who are currently unbeaten in the French league and lying in second place after five games.
But Brazilian defender Aurelio - who excelled against Manchester United at the weekend - has been left behind on Merseyside to nurse a minor calf injury picked up during the 2-1 victory on Saturday.
Javier Mascherano has travelled though, despite limping off at the weekend, while Lucas returns to the squad after arriving back from international duty.
Liverpool squad: Reina, Cavalieri, Arbeloa, Degen, Carragher, Skrtel, Agger, Dossena, Mascherano, Alonso, Gerrard, Benayoun, Babel, Lucas, Riera, Kuyt, Torres, Keane.

Am I panicking unnecessarily? Would be gutted if Danny left.
Hope everyone enjoys the game tomorrow!
LET'S GO MIGHTY REDS!!!
