I'm back!
Not that anyone actually noticed that I was gone.... :(
2 days in Napa, 3 in Monterey, and 5 in SF.
Highlights:
Taking 300 pictures or so on my digital camera.
Jelly Belly Factory!
The weather: 65 in SF the whole week, perfect for shorts/T-shirt.
Monterey Aquarium was very cool. I got ~50 pictures of all the various critters there (including ~15 of the Otters who are amazingly cool).
Seeing my aunt's apartment again.
Hearst Castle and the Winchester House (she was one crazy old coot).
Lowlights:
Not getting more than ~4 hours sleep except for one night.
Wine Country (I don't drink, and I don't want to).
The terrible drivers in SF (in 5 days I saw a left turn from the right lane, a right turn from the left lane, someone going the wrong way down a one way street, etc.)
Having about 15 channels on the hotel TV, 6 of which were showing the Democratic National Convention. :(
