Well aside from the big news of Saddam's capture, not much is new.
Results from yesterday:
55 Hurdles: 10.4 - Horrible race, I didn't get my steps right in this one.
4x200m Relay: 1:48.54, my split 25s - Best result of the day for me, I ran this one really well.
Triple Jump: 35'5" - A decent result, especially considering that I haven't gotten to jump for a while.
