I apologize for my lack of being lately. But I do have a good enough reason and I expect I won't be on much again for the next few days too.
I've mentioned the spanish exchange the school I used to work in organised and how I was asked to host one of their languages assitants. Well they all arrived on Thursday morning you see so I couldn't really fuck off to the computer while she's been here no?
Anyway she is totally lovely, such a nice girl. Though I have to admit I expected her English would be better! Its good yes, but I expected more. We haven't done much yet, took her into town on Thursday to get somethings she needed and yesterday, see there was a bus tour of Belfast organized for the students participating (aka about 30 15/16 year olds) and we had to go too. There was a few hilarious bits. None of them were enjoying it at all and most of the spanish kids didn't even understand a word so there we were going down the Shankhill road in Belfast with the tour guide blagging away and one of the lads is staring out the window and jumps up and shouts out "FERNANDO TORRES!" cue mass at excitement at a bloody poster in a shop window ... XD Amusing though I must say.
Also they brought another languages assitant and I saw and thought "Phhwoar why do spain get all the fit men?" and he's rabbiting away to the kids and then next thing he comes over to me and starts speaking English and I'm like "O_O Wtf? Accent?!" Therefore:
Jas: "Your not from Spain are you?"
Man: "Nah I'm from Birmingham"

He is still very fit though ;D He's basically over at the school in Santander training to teach English as a foreign language.
