okay, i want to take a trip to the pacific northwest.
having read a handful of short stories by raymond carver in the last hour (or "Ray" as Toby likes to call em) hasn't really been the selling point though. rachel apparently took the trip and is now considering moving to seattle post-graduation.
u of w has a damn good psychology grad program and if i wants me that PhD....
and, more importantly, it just generally seems like a good trip. i've been to oregon twice, but never past ashland. portland, anyone?
anyway, point is: roadtrip happening at some point in the next year. if anyone has any interest let me know.
also, am embarassing detail i will add because i have no shame: when i read those carver stories i was getting a pedicure.

in a related note, i hate my parent's current house which is north county. for those that don't know, this area is best characterized by the words: O.C. I pity my sister. Everyone here is so thin and beautiful. And they're only twelve.
