Well, since we just moved here in August, we're still scoping places out.

I really like Barrio, and Richardson's of New Mexico, as well as El Encanto in Cave Creek.

We went to Julio G's the other day for lunch - it was very tasty, yet overpriced - $4.00 for ONE sopapilla??!!

That's outrageous. Well I hope you enjoy your time in AZ! I don't know the places you mention. If you ever get up to Flagstaff, try La Fonda (#1 for sopapillas) or El Charro. Casa Bonita is authentic too but it's from a more southerly, cream-sauce, fish-eating tradition. In Globe, La Casita rocks. They butter the tortillas.

We tried this restaurant a few days ago and it's pretty good, except for the food.
