In Flagstaff Arizona I went to www.theyogaexperience.com (TYE), and here in Portland I've been going to www.amritasanctuary.com (Amrita). Both are Anusara yoga schools. Hi,

Are there specific teachers at theyogaexperience.com that you recommend. I love Flagstaff and want to shoot a DVD there and need help with a recommendation.

Hi Steve;

I am happy to say that all the teachers at TYE are excellent. Ulla Lundgren and Alvaro Laguna are my favorites. Ulla is excellent for encouraging people to play with their edges in the advanced classes, and Al's all levels classes are where I discovered my own freedom to practice my own practice, while also being challenged to take it a little deeper.
