$23 to Food- Eric stepped in and helped with groceries but have also been using up what I had saved in the larder and baking loads of zucchini stuff with the free zucchinis his cousin gave us
For a total of $1658, the lowest in years.
OCTOBER PHYSICAL
15 inch neck- up a half inch
44.5 inch shoulders- same
14.5 inch bicep- this is great. It hasn't been a noticeable difference.
11.5 inch forearm- same
39 inch chest- same
35.5 inch waist- up a half inch. Ugh. And I just had cream on this apple, too.
39 inch butt- up an inch. Well, that's goood.
23 inch thigh- down a half inch
16 inch calf- same
Fat is down a percentage point, to 8%, and my weight is up so overall I guess that's really good. Gettin' some butt.
