London yes, goin' near Giles or the Council right now...no. From thepowerplayers

We were on our way to London, yes...but was I gettin' near Giles or the Council headquarters? No.

Giles was responsible for recklessly sendin' all of the slayers to the streets of Los Angeles and he did so without consultin' with B' or myself. If he had worked together with us and had not had such a stupid grudge against Angel, just because he was tryin' to bring down the evil law firm from within, then none of those girls would have recklessly assaulted all of those demons from above and they would all still be alive.

I had never been on a private jet before, but Cor's new boytoy, the Eternal, had one and the four of us, all interested in saving Jada, who seemed to be in London, were aboard, Angel and I sittin' in the back, while Cor and her boytoy sat up front.

She was gettin' on the phone, callin' Giles and I wasn't sure how that was goin' to work in the air, and she and I had argued over Angel before we left. The way I saw it, she was in love with Angel and then all of the bad things happened to her, which was a bad break, don't get me wrong, but she shouldn't be all up in my shit just because I was with Angel now.

Which brought me to Angel. I wanted to find and save Jada because she was cool and we had lost so many slayers already, but he was all about the Wolfram and Hart thing, with this Italian woman now being in charge in London. For him, that meant that the Senior Partners had a plan and he was now bent on bringin' them down. The way I saw it now, he planned on stayin' in London, which made me want to argue, because I was all about bein' by his side, but I wasn't about patchin' things up with Giles right now and Angel seemed prepared, for some reason, to do that. I didn't understand that because Giles had called him the enemy over the past year, but that was the part about Angel that you had to admire. He believed in people. He believed in Giles, though Giles had openly expressed dislike for him and in the past, he believed in me when I was at my worst and I had turned out alright.

Still, while Cor was on the phone with Giles, Angel and I had to work some things out.

"Look, lover, I know that you are obsessed with this whole Wolfram and Hart angle, but we are lookin' for Jada first, then we worry about Wolfram and Hart, so I'm thinkin' that you are thinkin' of stayin' here a while and I gotta be straight...I'm not interested in some touchin' make up with Giles, and on top of that, we should have told B' and Spike about this, even if we shouldn't be around them right now."
