I lost 4 pounds and have no idea how. I guess I mean when it came to my eating habits. I totally sabotaged (sp?) my points for the week and whatnot but I kept drinking plenty of water and started walking more. I'm happy regardless and I'll keep pushing.
However Tuesday is my last week of weight watchers. I'll have to miss 2 weeks after in order to get paid and renew my membership. If I even plan on going back I guess... I'm not sure right now.
