Cross posting is fine as long as you credit. A link would also be nice, so we can read all the fun comments, but not required.

I... have no idea? It's the settling on your scanning program that determines the quality and size of the image. 200 DPI is really too low if you want nice scans. PPI is a completely different measurement though. I think it has to do with the resolution per inch, which really only matters when you're printing it out.
Doujin are a pretty tricky balance, since you don't want to bend the binding, but don't want shadow either. Mine always turn out fine (even if I sometimes stick them under an encyclopedia over night). It's up to you ^^

I need to go back and doublecheck the page count sometime when I'm not so tired and crispy-brained, but leaving out all nonsense of title pages and free talk and such it looks like these books have a combined total of 69 pages of actual story. However, only one of the books is particularly dialogue-heavy; the others are full of lots of pretty atmospheric panels with no more than one or two brief captions or small word balloons, including lots of the ever-popular "..." I should rescan these at a higher resolution before you start actual work on the project, but if you want to glance over them to determine if you want to charge a little extra for the page overrun, I can send you my current set of 200PPI scans...

I'll ask Stripey about the extra 9 pages. It's really up to him, since 9 pages doesn't take me long to get through... though that comes to the question of whether you want your sfx edited in, the translations in the margins, or just blank. With each option, you'll get a progressively faster return (especially if I don't have to edit in the sfx XD), but it's completely your decision.
As for an extra donation, I'd say it's really up to you. I think it's a fabulous idea because it's not my money and yay charity XDD But if you don't want to or can't swing it, then don't worry about it.
Upload the 200PPI scans in any case. As long as the dialog is clear (and not overly trapped in the gutter), Stripey can start working on the tsl, while you rescan.
