Offered: Fiction critique/advice from an astrologer’s perspective
Offer: Does astrology play a part in your original or fan fic?
I will read up to 50 manuscript-formatted pages (double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman or Courier) in total of one or more works of fiction in which Western astrology plays any role, and critique it for accuracy and plausibility of its astrological content.
OR
I will advise a writer who wants to use any aspect of Western astrology in a work of fiction, including preparing a horoscope for up to three characters or other entities (or two horary charts) and assisting the writer with integration of this information and its interpretation into the text.
I have been providing services as an astrological consultant for 34 years. In addition to basic natal astrology - the calculation and interpretation of natal horoscopes and the interpretation of transits and progressions of the natal chart throughout the lifespan of a person or other entity, I am also familiar with the following branches of astrology:
Synastry: the analysis of relationship potentials between two or more persons or entities based on the comparison of their natal charts.
Electional astrology: the selection of the best possible time to perform a specific action, hold an event, begin an enterprise, etc.
Medical astrology: the use of the natal chart, transits and progressions to assist in diagnosis of medical conditions.
Horary astrology: the interpretation of a synchronicitous horoscope to answer a specific question by a querent on any topic; this is astrology's version of a Tarot reading.
This offer is limited to fiction set on Earth, and characters born on Earth after 1900. It is also limited to fiction set in modern (i.e., the last 50 years) or future time periods.
