I am really, really old, folks. Why, when I was a young fan, there was no TV on DVD! You had to buy your favorite shows on VHS tapes, and "box set" just meant a bunch of selected episodes, not the whole season!
If you want to relive the past, bid on this lot of box sets of popular shows. Each box set includes three tapes, with two episodes on each tape. They are:
My So-Called Life: two box sets (the only two that were ever released)
Buffy The Vampire Slayer: the first box set
The X-Files: the first seven box sets. The first two are missing the slip cover that holds all three tapes together, although each tape still has its individual slipcover. The seventh box set has never even been opened.
The auction includes the whole lot, although if there's something you really don't want me to send you, I can drop it. If you want a detailed listing of which episodes are included on which sets, let me know.
The items will ship after the first of August (I will be unavailable for the last two weeks of July).
Contact: loligo at verizon dot net
Minimum Bid: $5
ETA: Good luck with the bidding, everyone! I will be away from my computer until August, most likely. If you're the winning bidder, please email me some form of receipt from your donation -- like a screencap of the "Thanks for donating!" page or whatever.
