Offer: In consultation with you, I will write a marvelous fan letter (or love letter, or simply "letter") to the object of your choice. In the case of small, obscure, or amateur fan objects, or in the case of your personal crushes, professors, mentors, etc, this may result in a genuine and personalized response. In the case of famous people I can't promise any response at all though in most cases, autographs and signed 8x10s are likely. Characteristics of my letters include professional and direct prose, respectful deference, care, attention, love, passion, and unique observations. Stalkerish behavior will not be tolerated and letters will only be sent to the fan object's professional contact address or e-mail, or presented as Open Letters published to your personal blog.
Examples of potential recipients include: personal idols, actors, authors, artists, musicians, journalists, current crushes, former crushes, professional mentors, and more, to be discussed upon bidding. In the case of dead or fictional fannish objects -- both of which are welcomed -- I will tailor an Open Letter to post to your blog or any appropriate community.
I reserve the right to rein in any extreme fangirling, and signs of stalkery or threatening behavior will be smacked down severely.
Letters may be between 1-5 pages long.
If you want to write George Takei and congratulate him on his big gay marriage, this is the place! If you want to write a letter to slip into your crush's locker at school, I'm on it! If you've got a secret love for an Off-Broadway actress you saw once in community theater before she blew up, I'm your girl!
