Exercise question

Question for those among you who exercise:

Tonight, kids will be going to bed around eight. Then I have to eat dinner* and do half an hour of Wii Fit.

Which order would it be better to do it in?

exercise first. then steak. shouldn't exercise when full or just before bed. ubless it's sex exericse.

Exercise first if it's a proper meal, otherwise you could give yourself a wicked and painful cramp.

I would exercise then eat. Exercising on a recently eaten meal = BLEURGH! Plus, the thought of a nice dinner afterwards helps me get through it!

Wii Fit isn't really proper exercise...

You should probably eat afterwards, but don't want to be hunfry before exercise.

that's what i thik, about wii fit. but i have a friend (well two but one goes on about it the most) about doing it and how she will loose lots of weight and whatever. can't see it myself. i've watched her do it, it's not that hard, and some of it isn't really done properly.
