Today on my way up to school I passed an overturned cement truck that had flipped over at the bottom of the hill. That sort of thing spooks me because those trucks are so powerful, they can crush anything they run into. Seeing something that massive flipped right over on a quiet road is unsettling. Sounds like China's kind of got you bummed out. Maybe you should get out of there for your own happiness, screw teaching people English! The world can do without more English. But it sounds like you're making it anyways, struggling through impossible circumstances and somehow coming out okay. I hope everything works out for you! And stay away from my straws. I'm kidding, you can take as many as you like only next time leave the door intact, okay?

Last night was kind of lonely, I feel really needy sometimes. I'm sure I'll get over that once I get to know him better and then he'll be mine. Tomorrow is National Day so I might go out with 'the guys' tonight (to the gay bar). You know in Chinese, the word they use for gay is the word they used to use for comrade back in the Commie Days? So it's kind of our national obligation to go out and celebrate tonight. But I don't really want to go out. People follow me into the bathroom and peep when I pee...if you get there after 10 there's no place to sit....but it is Tuesday tonight so it might be okay.
I just finished work which means I'm officially on National Day Holiday for the next 8 days! And I just finished a lunchbox full of dumplings so I'm feeling sauuuuuuuuuucy! It's not even 1 in the afternoon yet.
