This story is my nightmare.

I admit to re-using the to-go cases from Noodles & Co., to bring lunch to work. I save scraps of paper, but I use their clean sides/spaces, and then throw them out (OK, recycle) when I'm done. I spent this last week (fall break for the college) supervising/participating with 10 students from the office on a service-immersion trip on the west side of Chicago, a neighborhood called East Garfield Park.
