Ugh. This weekend essentially didn't exist-a three-page paper, a 10-page paper, beginning a four-page final project, a 31-question homework in my hardest class...
Sunday I decided to take some of my life back, so I walked to Al Terra at the Lake. The weather was freaking fab, so I wore a dress and felt the sun and the wind on my skin. Then, I read Isabel Allende for fun. (umm, I think I like her more than Gabo! I didn't think it was possible...)
Then everybody in creation appeared... Sarah, Hira & Co., the Trans, Amy, Maggie, Jackie, Olivia. Put four tables together and got rowdy.
Monday I made a To Do list outlining what I had to do every hour. Exhausting.
Interviewed at Service Learning, brought finished pape into Phil class, class, MSA elections, etc. I was still working on my Media and Foreign Policy pape...
Yesterday I just turned in stuff that was due all day long. Also working on applying for another a scholarship for next year. Eek.
We're doing a project in my editing class that isn't group work, thank GOD. And it's a news blog, sweet!
Left my night class at half time. Sat in bed and nearly finished Dante's Inferno. I just... needed a break.
Started off my day with more Dante, then an interview for my final J111 project.
Yo, American Pool gave my job away! But I'm going to gate guard somewhere else, only weekends. That's actually perf considering summer classes, trips to D.C., and the rest.
