Guilt Trip

May 04, 2006 02:14

Keeping in mind the flight to Detroit is tomorrow (technically), it kind of bothers me that I haven't packed my bag yet. I went through a process of weighing the pros and cons of going to the wedding until eventually I couldn't take the guilt anymore. It's surprising how powerful a force it can be, considering I could have gotten the house to myself and gotten a jump on my Anthropology readings- all 165 pages of them.

It's hard to believe that tomorrow's going to be my last class in the Quebec educational system ever, a tad anti-climactic because of exam week and having my arm twisted to attend graduation.

Tomorrow, I'm looking forward to dinner and a movie; the Canadiens are looking forward to a game of golf. That's a tad harsh, but I did predict, after all, that they'd lose in six. I really feel bad for those poor guys who actually went out and bought the car flags; they didn't get much use out of them at all.
