grunge revival?

someone told me last week that my band sounded like an early 90's grunge band. we dont try to sound like anything in particular, we just write songs that we like. it doesnt surprise me though since most of my fav bands broke up before the turn of the century. some 90's musicians have new bands that still have the same old great sound like ( Read more... )

There were two bands in the 90s that changed my world living in Olympia. One was a little ska band by the name of Engine 54. Fast paced crazy stompin good times. The other was Tch Kung. I think the saddest day and craziest day for me and turning point, was when i was 14 my friend Alison and i went to Kurt's memorial at the Seattle center.
