I have been reading lots of news about the collapse of the Iranian Economy due to the Sanctions. Is this true?

The recent news say that the average families in Iran can't afford even the basic requirements of life... Iranian rial is in crisis and facing severe devaluation against the dollar...

True or not... the numbers below tell a different story. Please tell what do you think?
