Yesterday me and Deek went downtown to see The Producers! I took the train down and then a cab (the driver's name was Prince! He was from Ghana.) to the Auditorium Theatre. I felt pretty with my RED shoes and little black dress, but I was also freeeeeezing cold. Good thing I didn't walk. Derrick drove and met me there. It was sooo much fun! There were alot of funny moments in the show -- alot of theatre humor. But also it could've eased up on the sexual humor. My favorite part was when the gay partner answered the door and said "Yesss?" But he drew out the ssssss part for like two minutes. I was cracking up! It was such a wonderful Valentines present! It made me miss theatre.
So I'm working as a traveling portrait photographer for PCA (the same company who owns the Walmart studios) doing church directories around Chicagoland and even farther sometimes. The farthest yet was Decatur, IL when I had to drive 3.5 hours! I hadn't ever driven for over an hour straight. I was like, I can drive VA! Its only 3.4x what I drove to Decatur. Ha, well, I could atleast help somebody more than, um, last time. He drove the entire 12 hours. But I know I could do it alone if I stopped overnight somewhere in the middle. Anyways, thats just thoughts.
I need to do a photoshoot VERY SOON or else I will not be able to go on. Well, maybe not so drastic. But I miss it, alot. I miss more daylight. Hurry up winter!
