(no subject)
woo hooo!!!!! big summer plans. first off im either working in a non airconditioned dry cleaners, or domino's with casey....yum. im hopin the latter of the two. lol second CRAFT DAY!!!!! how would have thought. craft day. oh im so excited. and whats more i got a new machine!!! but whats better than a new machine is a family heirloom which is what i mean when i say i got a new machine. omg i love it. its magic. my great grandmother sewed on it, my grandma, and my aunt claudia. all really really great seamstresses. my dad learned how to sew on it. and where has it been all this time? in my room (destined for me one day) with a record player. the first time ever ive ever sewed on it was today!!!!!! and its so awesome. !!!! ... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. lol im really psyked. you dont even know. its atleast 50 years old says my dad, but it sews like .... idk something really cool like. its a knee press and the control on it is amazing after all these years. i spent like 30 min dusting it off. i was afraid that it wouldnt work, and wouldnt have any bobbins but it has three left and all with thread, which i plan on taking off and framing. just because. i love this machine, but its built into a table. its like really heavy. my dad said that it cost like 200 bucks when 200 was like half way to a car. its really awesome that i can liike carry on this really awesome art that my great grandmother on down have done. sometimes i wish aunt claudia was my mom. shes so awesome. doesnt talk much but totally knows whats going on. way smart, and totally creative. i really hope i can make a few trips over there this summer, make something grass for ...u kno...that school. but back to craft week!!!! liz wendy and i are going inta business. wendy sews (a little im not really sure about her skills but shes got some mad quilting in her blood or so i hear) liz makes jewlery (im a little iffy on that) and moi! i make screened shirts/every thing else. we have our damn bases covered. alls we need is a digital camera. lol craft day is one day a week. we just hang out watch movies and eat if we feel like it we make things post on ebay, or traverse to the swapmart which i am SO iffy about. swapmarts dont appeal to me. to redneck ish. i had to say it. ebay is the way . lol okay and GUESS WHAT>!

AMY K~!!!! do u kno how big this is livejournal? its tres big. and aunt b. is paying for it. imagine that! she casually mentioned it in the car, but that means nothing so i called her and shes like yeah totally u set it up and ill write the checks. i know its not great to get involved with aunty like this cause she'll hold it over my head but still. i want this so bad. its a giant step forward (or a leap back) im being opptimistic. lol and today we went on an inde film fest and saw the wild parrots of telegraph hill. it was so sad!!! but frickin hilarious at the same time. lol mingus was the best. that was by far the best documentary on birds ever, but it had like two shots of humming birds and i had a full bladder. u figure it out.
well its 914 now and my parents were supposed to be back so i could go running. im not alloud out if they arent here. weird but yeah thats how it is. i cant wait to get some projects to do on my sewing machine!!!!!!!!! genuine singer baby.
