Rose! This is the second best thing that could have happened, other than Izuru becoming captain himself. Rose will be so good for Izuru; he finally has a captain he can follow whole-heartedly and be a good fukutaichou for. Too bad Rose cares less about paperwork than Gin did, huh?
Shinji and Momo... This could be hilarious XD He's going to tease her mercilessly, but I really think he can help her. If anyone can bring out that calm, confident cocky as hell Momo that we had in the academy chapters, it's Shinji. He'll push and push until she finally snaps and starts bossing him around. AND IT WILL BE MAGNIFICENT.

KENSEI AND SHUUHEI. I want flashback about their meeting AND IF YOU DENY IT TO ME, I WILL NOT BE PLEASED, KUBO. I want awkward, idolising Shuuhei and a Kensei who just about remembers the crying brat he saved waaay back then. I want them to slowly find a way to work together in the office. And I want Kensei to help Shuuhei through his Kazeshini issues in that tactless but effective way of his. I just want them. GIVE IT TO ME, KUBO.

Oh God, Ukitake and Kyouraku <3 THEY ARE SO MARRIED AND IT IS ADORABLE. Ukitake worrying about Ichigo's reaction to the badge is the cutest thing ever.

Wondering where the heck Yoruichi is, though, if she wasn't with Urahara and Soifon doesn't know where she is. King's realm??
Not certain what Ichigo's implying there with his talk about Ginjou being 'a mere substitute shinigami'. Implying Ginjou deserves burial in the real world because he's a substitue like Ichigo? Implying that he's no longer 'a mere substitute shinigami' because of the fullbring powers?
