Shake and smoothie mix (boring research)

I tried Nutiva Organic HempShake. It wasn't too bad--blended nicely with the rice milk. However, it's mostly just protein, not a whole lot of nutritive value. Went online today to see what other powders I could find that were dairy- and soy- free. Since most mixes are based on whey or soy protein, I was surprised that I actually found a couple that might work! (Steph, most of these, if not all of them, are vegan.)
  • VegLife "Peaceful Planet" The Supreme Meal--The VegLife website sucks. VitaminShoppe had more info about the product than they did!)
  • Rainbow Light Protein Energizer--I wish their label went into more detail about which vitamins and minerals it contains. I haven't looked up the herbs it contains to see if they're safe for pregnancy. EDIT: I'm not impressed with the information I've found about the herbs in this one.
  • Rainbow Light Healthy Family Multivitamin Powder--No protein, but lots of vitamins.
  • Vega Whole Food Smoothie Infusion--Nutritionally, very similar to the Nutiva HempShake, maybe a little better.
