settings stuck in "can't be arsed" mode
idlewild were pretty damned good. actually, they were sofa king cool, but for some reason i didn't enjoy the gig. i do'nt know why. it was a fantastic night out, but i just couldn't get into it. hmph.
david tennant is confirmed as the new Doctor Who. hmm. i'm not sure i like that decision. IMO david tennant is a little too young to play the doctor ... however, the powers that be have said he'll be the doctor, so the doctor he'll be. i'm wondering whether they'll do a regeneration scene this time ... or whether they'll try and pass him off as the doctor he's always been. we'll see.
ARGH ... my AS level thetare studies practical exam is in less than two weeks and we are so not ready enough. it's not helped that susanna's not been here for a week because she's had the 'flu, apparently (even though she was well enough to go to work on tuesday evening), so when we could have been practising the physical theatre bits and getting the timings for the music sorted, we've been reduced to Stanislavski exercises and portfolio work. we really needed this week. and now we're going to have to stay behind after school and do lunchtime rehearsals to make up for it. for crying out loud.
i'm s'posed to be going to the pub with mum and dad tonight. really don't think i can be arsed.
