went to college, had a major existential crisis, emerged from a major existential crisis
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
none last year, none this year. my goals are fluid

not that i can think of off the top of my head, so i guess not
4. Did anyone close to you die?
yes
5. What countries did you visit?
none - i take it back about resolutions, i need to go to canada when i turn 19
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
more shows, more songs, more time for the band
7. What day from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
honestly, new years eve. It resolved the year quite well, tied up a lot of loose ends with my little rock kids and provided a very good concluding note to 07. I played my first show!
probably also the road trip to the upper peninsula, the saturday when we saw taquenamon and teh pictured rocks, and then went to the show and i tried to hit on the gas station lady and the chicks working at a&w. that was fun.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
music. i made it happen this year instead of bitching about other things not working out, which is what i did all of high school.
i also started my academic year pretty well (besides econ), debate went ok, job went ok, school went ok. i'm used to fucking those types of things up.
9. What was your biggest failure?
lack of self control and discipline, both personally and academically
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
not really.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
my macbook. decidedly.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
shit if i know. everyone. no one. somewhere in between.

my own, mostly. at times, others.
