It's safe to breathe again
The election has been wrapped up, and I still am having trouble grasping the amazing sensation. The darkness of the bush era is coming to a close. I actually got quinn up from bed, and danced with him in my arms. (he was a little dismayed).
Barack Obama is being handed a damaged country. Our image abroad is sullied, our economy in tatters, Our national debt clock (newly replaced, for lack of digits) is at over 11,000,000,000,000.00. I fear we may be impatient, wanting to see him magically reverse eight years of Bush destruction.
Mr. Obama, you've been handed a mandate, please take good care of it.
