Here's the SGA/Cowboy Bebop fusion fanmix that I promised. It comes in two parts - one part that is of my own making, and because the original music is too good to pass up, the second part has a selection of songs from both the series and the movie. :D

This is so awesome! We are a tri-format 'fest now! Whee!

As soon as I finish my monster-prompt, I will totally download this. And I'll probably rec it to my cousin, since she loves blues AND Cowboy Bebop, even if she doesn't watch SGA much.

Thanks for posting today, too. You saved a small portion of briar_pipe's sanity by doing so, and as her co-mod I appreciate that more than I can express. We keep each other sane-ish, and that could've tipped the balance.

...to sum up: Awesome, and thanks!

My beloved jazzy-bluesy mix! *hugs fiercely*

I was having some download problems yesterday, but mediafire appears to once again be speaking to my browser, and oh my god, this is so much fun! *dances around* And re: A Night in Tunisia, that's totally how many of their conversations go, with each of them taking different roles depending on what happened. Though I suspect John is more frequently known for making off with other people's money. *koff*

Do you mind if I pimp this mix on my journal so that more people might know of its awesomeness?

Pimp away! (Hmm, not a phrase one uses everyday. :D ) And I'm so glad you liked it. Yes, John is making off with people's money, but I like to think that Teyla has a soft spot for gambling. ;)

I adore the Bebop and her oddball crew, and my husband loves the Seatbelts' music. Alas, we've not been able to find the full extended version of Tank! before now, so I'm DL'ing as I'm typing. And yes, I've entertainerd the thought of overlapping the SGA & Bebop 'verses as well. I can't get the thought of a teenage Rodney with his long, curly dirty-blond hair in Ed's role...
*drool*
Thank you again for the tunes.
