I have nearly convinced myself that there is something going on in the apartment above ours much like the movie Dark Water, but only more like the japanese version because it was just a better made movie than the american remake. Since Friday evening the vent in the ceiling in my bathroom has been leaking water. Over the weekend, the amount of water has increased and the ceiling is swollen. I'm sure there is a huge amount of water up there just waiting to come down. It's driving me crazy. I keep imagining there is some ghost child upstairs running water and flooding out the entire apartment up there and that's what's leaking down here. By today, we decided it was worth a call to emergency maintenance. At first they said they would send someone over. A couple of hours later we called them back and they said they can't come until in the morning. Bloody great! What's the point of an emergency maintenance number if they won't/can't help you with your emergency?
