anywho...today was actually a great day. Woke up at 9 and got a professional massage at 10. A super cute guy did my massage (my luck, and he was really sweet too). He focused on my back a lot but then worked on my arms, legs and neck. My favorite comment was when he asked how often i got massages, i replied "never" and he goes " the reason i asked is because you have a giant knot here" and he motions to the entire upper half of the right side of my back....i just laughed and replied "yea, my back is kind of a mess". He would run his finger up the side of my spine and i would feel "thump thump thump thump" all the way up as he went over each knot. I don't think that's how a back is supposed to be lol...ya drum corps
after that my mom bri and i went school supply shopping at walmart and then to lunch. Bri was driving this whole time....it was crazy. Bri and I dropped mom off at home and went to the swap meet in costa mesa after lunch. It was hilarious! we had such a great time. When we got there, we parked pretty far from the entrance. Anyway, we walked up to where you have to pay to get in and I turn to Bri and am like "bri, do you have any cash, i only have credit cards" and she says that she didn't bring any money. Admission costs $2 per person and they only took cash. Bri and i went back to my car and scrounged around for fifteen minutes eventually finding enough pennies nickels and dimes to make the $4. We approached the gate again holding out our hands full of change and the girl laughs and says " just go in". . . we didn't have to pay after alll that. it was so funny. We were productive shoppers--bri even haggled a $45 purse down to $25, it was amazing. We used our four dollars for some gag gifts (2 umbrella hats and bottles of silly string). When we got home, we wore our new hats into the house and my mom laughed so hard. Then we ambushed tony with silly string when he came over. All of us went to cherry on top (my mom's first time going there) and had great frozen treats. Then we all watched 21. . . . and now i'm talking to jordan and nate.
