It wasn't unheard of for Tommy to literally follow him into the shower - even after he had already had his own. So, Arthur didn't even have to look behind him to know the other man was following him, stripping along the way.
Arthur had removed his clothes the rest of the way in the bathroom, not wanting to leave wet clothes lying around the house and turned the water on, letting the water grow warmer before getting in and turning the spray on.
