Dexter's fine!
Several hours, x-rays, blood work and urine work later, Dexter is given a clean bill of health and declared supremely happy. They said it likely wasn't blood in his urine. Thank god. He got spoiled like crazy while he was there according to Justin. He wooed all of the ladies, got hand fed hay, veggies, and water. Cost me about 200, but so worth it. Silly pigger giving me a damn heart attack! Thankfully Justin had the day off today so that he could bring him up there first thing. They got there at 8, and they are just leaving now at 1:30. Poor Justin, I'm very, very very lucky to have him.
Dexter cracks me up. He apparently ran headfirst into the barrier where the hay racks were because while Justin and I were eating dinner a few nights ago, we heard a loud THUD. Justin went in there to check on things and Dexter was apparently covered head to toe in hay.
Zoey about gave me a heart attack yesterday when I had him on the bed for outside cage time. All of a sudden he takes off towards the window sill. Before I could get to him in time, he falls off the bed...luckily onto the window sill. He freaked out and tried to run off of it. Thankfully I caught him in time.
