The Lost Weekend
I hate working Friday nights. I get home from work around 10am knowing I have to be back to work at 9 Sunday morning. This is my second week in a row of covering that shift, but I'm comforted by the fact I have Thursday and Friday off this week (yay!).
Cam is sick yet again. After getting the 24 hr flu bug right after Labor Day weekend, I was called to school Friday because he was running a temperature. He usually never gets sick - he missed two days all of last school year - but he's getting his butt kicked this year. Saturday night his temp jumped up to 103, but it was back down to 99 this morning so I'm hoping he's almost worked his way through it.
Anyway, yesterday was spent mostly lazing around. We watched Star Trek last night (Zachary Quinto for the win) and fell asleep watching GI Joe (digging a Scot CE). Not a bad way to spend a day overall. I'll pay for it tomorrow, though. I have about a million errands to run......
