June Gloom has hit southern California, and it really doesn't feel like summer is just two weeks away. More like two months away. But we get this every June, and soon it'll be warm and sunny again. Since the weather feels more like autumn than summer, I decided to make more pumpkin pasties this morning. I'm really getting good use out of The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook these days.
Mmm...a fresh-out-of-the-oven pumpkin pasty with a cup of milk and a good book. I hope you all are enjoying your Friday and have a fun weekend planned!
