Wow! Congratulations! 50 books is massively impressive!
I've entered an online challenge 2 years in a row to finish (snorting laughter is allowed here) 12 books. Yup 12! And 2 years in a row i've failed tremendously!! Hopelessly pathetic!! I think my problem is location. I always have the best intentions of reading when I hop into bed and then boom, i'm snoring 3 seconds later!

I think i'll take my inspiration and lead from YOU this year and have a crack at a few from your list!

We've all gotta start somewhere, right? It's good that you're able to fall asleep right when your head hits the pillow! I have a booklight near my bed...and also ebooks on my iPod. Many times I'll go to bed and not fall asleep, so I end up reading until Mr. Sandman takes me away.

I hope you'll be inspired in the new year to at least finish a few books. Start with really short ones. ;)

I know, right? Back then I had read about 10 books, so I was off to a good start. :) Then I got lazy later in the year and picked up speed again in December. Had to play catch-up! Haha.

This is awesome! I only read three books last year. I'll try and do better this year, for sure! :D

I think, as long as people read, that's all that counts. Doesn't matter if you read 5 books or 50. Reading is just fun! 。^__^。

Congrats on such a great accomplishment! My first goal for this year is to finish the Everything Austin Challenge which I will obviously be finishing late :P

Do you have any new book challenges lined up for the new year yet? My first one is the Marple/Poirot/Holmes challenge over at At Pemberly.

I hope you finish the Everything Austen Challenge! :)

No, I haven't signed up for any challenges yet. The Marple/Poirot/Holmes challenge is interesting. I do enjoy a good BBC adaptation of an Agatha Christie novel - just not sure if I can read through enough mystery novels in one year. I only had a few mysteries in my reading list last year, but I hope to read more.

Congrats on reading so many books this year! I also spent a lot of time at the library and too much money through Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc! I just also wanted to say I love your blog layout! YOu have so many wonderful things to say and see and so organized!

Thank you, Heather! 。^__^。 I know you read a lot more than I did. ;) It was fun reading different kinds of books and reading about books on other blogs (like yours!).

I'm glad you like my blog layout. It's always a work in progress, but I'm happy you enjoy the look. :)
