Little Yuzu is Reading
TwilightStephenie MeyerMost stores are all up on the next holiday celebration even when we're in the midst of the current one. Target's no exception. By Boxing Day last week, they'd already put out their Valentine's Day and Easter decor. The products that really caught my eye were the cupcake-themed Valentine's Day items. I went a little crazy and bought a few of them, even though I know they're going to be discounted on February 15. But they might be sold out by then, so I couldn't risk waiting.

Little Yuzu How cute is all of that?! There are squeaky dog toys, a tall latte mug, a plastic cupcake cup w/straw, picture frames and - my absolute favorite (in the center of the photo) - really soft cupcake pillows stuffed with microbeads. There were also cat toys, dishtowels, window clings, place mats, plates, bowls, dish sponges, etc. But I held off on those. I might buy them in the future, but I didn't really want that stuff as badly as the stuff I bought above.

Twilight news, I'm reading it very slowly and have read only about 1/3 of the first novel thus far. Why am I taking so long? I could race through a 700-page Harry Potter book, but this one's taking a while. I'm annoyed with the characters - mainly Bella, but also Edward, whose lines are some of the most cliche I've ever read. But I am determined to finish the book some time this century.
