Also, the question is, is it necrophilia if the "dead" person can move? At the risk of being gross, isn't a large part of what necrophiliacs enjoy the, erm....motionlessness. I was considering this also.
Vampires are technically also "undead", and yet vampire!sex is not really considered Necrophilia...... right?
So I think Zombie!sex is legit in the same way, as {...} is totally "alive" in every sense but strictly biological.

NO, IT MAKES TOTAL SENSE. I didn't even think of vampires. It kind of irks me that a lot of people don't have a problem with vampire sex, when um, THEY'RE JUST AS COLD AS ZOMBIES. And besides, Galileo doesn't need to eat human flesh or drink human blood, so really, he's even safer than vampires.

Hrm, necrophilia deals with dead bodies but mostly dead, non-moving, non-sentient (lol), bodies...or so I have come to assume!
So I agree with your reasoning, guys, that the zombie/vamp sexytimes as not, strictly, falling into the necrophilia category!
