I was going to make a big rant post about how fandom needs to have MORE multimedia awesomeness and that art should happen more and why and so on, but that's not happening today. :/
I will simply lament the fact that the AWESOME ressource post is pretty much useless for fanartists. (except a couple of caps posts)

Yeah, that post made me have the same reaction of "BUT WHAT ABOUT ARTISTS *ARTHUR SADFACE*". We definitively should make a list, if we can. I've done something similar here at a party, and know that here are Creative Commons visual references for Arthurian characters. Would those be a good place to start? =)

Those are great links and that party post is AWESOME!!! That's probably a lot of what we need right there. Perhaps a few updates on the recent episode caps, but otherwise, you've pretty much done it! :)
I'll try to do some research for this weekend....
I say we make our OWN resource post to Drawmelot, then link it to them and be like PLEASE APPEND THE PICTORIAL AWESOME. >D

Yes agreed! yue_ix and i (well mostly her for now) are working on it! Hopefully won't be long before it's up!
It's be hard to have a standardized "how-to-draw-soandso" tutorial because each artist has their stylistic preferences and ways to render characters. However, general human figure and character design drawing tutorials may perhaps be useful?
but you just gave me a great idea! there should be a post for each character detailing their unique characteristics for artists. like Merlin's big ears and curly hair, and morgana;s eyebrows and Arthur's lips, etc.

I only started the whole greeting card thing last year. It was fun! But so time-consuming because I ended up making 70 personalised cards (55 of which are for relatives and friends). This year I'm just going to concentrate on my flist because I see my relatives all the time anyway! LOL!

there should be a post for each character detailing their unique characteristics for artists. Yes! You phrased it a million times better than me. Usually I just use photo references for the characters, but yeah, a list like that will be really really cool! I can't wait to see what you both come up with! :D
