bakey goodness feeling

I feel the need to bake. I refuse to do it tonight, but I have the most intense desire to smell fresh baked bread. So tomorrow will be a bread day with some cookies thrown in for good measure. This whole being unemployed thing isn't so bad. I'm sleeping in a bit longer than I would be if I had to be at work and still up and moving before too much day is wasted.

I picked up a few kitchen essentials tonight and the ingredients to make chocolate chip cookies and carrot cake sandwich cookies. I still need to purchase some yeast since I don't have an active sour dough starter.......................yet. mwahahahaha
