That must have been one of the nicest and most relaxing mondays ever...
Didn't had very much to do at work and was able to finish early just as planned. Drove over to
whiskeygirly's, with the windows down and the music blaring from the speakers. *laughs* The weather was unbelievable awesome today *smiles*
Motorway was crowded with people trying to get to the stadium in Duisburg. Everyone had their cars decorated with banners etc., felt like being back in the WM 2006 days. *dreams* Same within the stadium, "schwarz-rot-gold" as far as the eye could see.
Watching the training was fun, though only few of the well known football players were there. Timo Hildenbrand is pretty cute. *giggles* (Still have to think about
whiskeygirly always speaking of him to me as "your guy", sounds nice to me...my guy *gg*)
Afterwards we went back home, had dinner - there's nothing better in the world than simple pasta and tomato sauce - while listening to music of the Crazy Folkers and chatting. We started on planing our Scotland trip. Oh dear, I really hope this works out and we're able to really go there *keepingfingerscrossed*. It already felt wonderful today just to think of traveling those roads and visit all the lochs and castles (not to mention a special certain one ;-) - remember? I found Culloden ... *squee* Where?? ... That travel guide mentions the Fraser's and the MacKenzie's...try and google Fraser Castle*g*). Being crazy can be so much fun at times. ;-)(Which reminds me of Malachy's comment on St. Paddy's ... no, not gonna start about that now, I should really try and catch some sleep. *lol* )
