Now you know why I have "water" listed under my livejournal "interests" section.
As for "feeling your pain", not counting the times when I have had the flu and my entire body has shut down, the worst kind of pain and suffering that I have ever endured was when I was in the middle of my allergies during the summer here in Cleveland.
All I wanted to do was take a power drill and bore a large hole into my head to relieve the pressure. Kind of like the guy in "Scanners" trying to get the voices out of his head.
Again, glad to hear that you are doing better. Remember, sweating and having to pee are much better than having your kidneys shut down on you.
*hugs* I ALMOST had it that bad once....though it hadn't spread to my kidneys. After that I vowed to never let that happen again and started to drink more water. So to an extent I understand what you went through. I'm glad you didn't go through it alone. Having someone there makes all the difference. Thanks Katadvar. Keep drinking LOTS of water and feeling batter. I can't wait to see you again......in good health. Love and Good Wishes. UNA :)

Um, okay, I can SEE taking vitamins and maybe drinking more water, but exercising? I think that's a little extreme, don't you? Please don't be so rash.
Oh, and let me say what we're all thinking - thank HEAVENS for Katdavar, cuz you sure as SHIT wouldn't have gotten any help from your previous alleged significant other! It is good to be properly loved, isn't it?

Most people never drink enough water so just keep drinking it! Tea and coffee don't count since they have the opposite effect on the body.
