that's probably where my faithful readers (both of you) thought I was. Life's been crazyer than usual. Started my job which means I get to sit through meeting after meeting (on friday we learned how not to molest children and how not to clean up blood (we are to call custodians) Today was work with our supervisors and head out to our school. I was sad becasue everyone got their laptops but me (my mentor has it or something) I've met three other teachers who will be teaching the same subject as me which is nice, however I have homework due tomorrow, all day at Winters Mill tomorrow (we are forgoing our long lunch in order to facilitate leaving early.
On the home front we are working on finishing the bathroom, tonight we check if the water is working and then we can finish up the electrical and drywall followed by tiliing (the fun part) then it's painting and it's a bathroom.
Don't get paid until sept 3... sux, at least I have credit cards so I can buy cloths and gas.
Oh and I got a new car (Yes Bertha is no more, please don't cry she wouldn't want that) I have a 2002 Bronze PT Crusier, never pictured myself in that car (not fond of the grill in front) but it gets good gas mileage, and has a nice interior plus the price was nice, I recomend Enterprise for buying cars, the one in Westminster was really great, only problem is their selection is not wonderful but they can transfer in cars, luckally they had exactly what I wanted on the lot.
Can't wait for Em and Katie to come back to school, I've had so many urges to stop buy in the last week, but no one is there, we had a lunch break today and I thought I would have to eat alone but luckally I ran into one of my RTC classmates at taco bell so I had company.
Any off to finish my homework, it's basically to outline all the activities I want to do in my first unit, I've been working on that off and on, however what I call my first unit (Intro to life, life sciences, scientific method and tools of a scientist) is not in the curriculum guide so I will do cell theory to be safe. Anyway.
