So after Friday's bust of a run, I hit the sidewalks again today, and did an *awesome* nine miles! (My training schedule called for a 9-mile long run). I did my 5 mile route, which put me right back in front of Kohler, and stopped for some much-needed water I stashed in my car, and then went on for the four-mile route.
I ran all of the first five miles, without walking at all. Then, when I finished, it was five minutes of break while I drank water and re-charged myself.
Once I started walking, I felt *awesome*. I was so proud of myself, I felt so re-charged, and after five minutes, I ran all the way to Family Video (2 miles), before walking for 2 more minutes.
Then, I ran for the next mile, walked my last 2 minutes (to total 9 minutes out of 9 miles) - before running all the way home.
Let's be real: I'm fucking awesome.
