Mayu dislikes Akito, but doesn't particuarly hate her because she hasn't personally crossed Mayu yet.

Based on past events: She hates that Akito was able to get away with blinding Hatori and contributing to Kana's breakdown. BUT to Mayu, the matter was closed for fear to getting Kana involved and triggering another breakdown. Campwise, although Hatori's evicting her was pretty damaging, she couldn't take it personally because 1.) You can't really blame people for being drawn to camp, nor anticipate who'll be brought and 2.)Shigure made it clear that it was to protect Mayu as well as Akito.

After their so far only thread, Mayu is not really impressed. She picked up on Akito's antagonistic style of speaking and kind of tuned out/purposefully misunderstood much of the conversation to avoid taking it personally. (I imagine Mayu used similar tactics against her mother's family, if they were anything like Mama.) She wonders if she can actually tolerate someone like that being her superior if she does marry into the Sohmas. As much as she admires Hatori for his loyalty to Akito and his family, now that Mayu's no longer besotted with Hatori, she might start resenting him if they clash and he keeps siding with Akito.

tl;dr Her views are not postive, but believe me, they could be worse. This icon sums it up.

Has Ebi figured out her course of action with Io?

Yup! Ebi does best when she thinks through things for herself. Asking other people for advice never works for her... Usually because the people she knows are people who usually need HER advice, but also because Ebi really does know herself best. She's in touch with herself so she doesn't even really need anyone's advice.

Ebi is willing to give it a shot. She likes Io a lot and gender is of course not an issue with Ebi since she sees people not genders, so...she figures why not. She is worried about how it will affect Akiha, but she realizes she can't put her life on hold for him anymore. She's been holding herself back as well. Akiha was the love of her life, she is still in love with him and always will be, but she doesn't have to be alone the rest of her life just because it didn't work out between them. It's scary...but also exciting. She's only ever dated one person so...it's not like she has a lot of practice. Plus she leads a very busy life back home so she's not sure where they'll find the time but she's keeping an open mind. She's curious to see what Io's son will think...since they've worked together and all. Ebi is actually closer to Io's son's age than Io's age I just realized...

This is hard because most of mine are prettyyyyy equally likely to mafia for strangers.

Will mafia: Ebi, Nakatsu, Momiji, Gau, Tsuna, Nana
Will watch or step in because they want to fight: Mika
Won't mafia: Ohno, George

Ebi/Nakatsu/Momiji/Gau/Tsuna/Nana/Mika/Ohno/George ?!?!?!?! Putting them in an order is hard.

Ebi will rush right in, totally not worried about getting injured herself, just gonna do what's right even if she's probably not strong enough.

Nakatsu is a seriously good guy and is good in a fist fight, so if the person is outnumbered or being bullied, he'll step in and try to break it up.

Momiji...isn't a fighter, but...he wants to become a better, braver person. He wants to do things that would make Tohru proud. He'll be terrified the whole time, and he'll probably just run to get someone else, someone strong, to step in, but...he doesn't like people getting hurt and he can't do nothing.

Gau is extremely moralistic. Has a strong sense of justice and will do what he thinks is right. Will step in and bitch the other person out.

Nana hates bullying and unfair fights, especially if the victim is a girl. Will step in and try to put a stop to that shit straight up :|||

Tsuna is a jesii and is mafia, but is also kinnnnd of a coward. Will of course step in ultimately, but will hesitate and try to avoid confrontation. Is better about it nowadays though.

Michael, despite being an angel, doesn't mafia for strangers. He might watch or step in if it would be entertaining, but other people's business isn't his problem.

Ohno isn't a fighter or athletic at all. She's shy and would get scared or intimidated. She would freeze up and be totally useless. She would WANT to help, of course, but...she can't. Would guilt afterwards.

George...is a sociopath.

Mayu's opinion on George?

Well, she has witnessed that he's the sort of person who'd try to break up with someone to keep from getting more involved with him/her. That makes her a bit worried for Yuki's sake. However, she stays hands-off when it comes to students' relationships. She will keep very minor tabs on George for Yuki, but she won't impose discipline or anything. That is not her place, really.

She likes him better than she likes Akito, but is equally comfortable not getting too close. Even if it was Yuki's idea, thinks he's gutsy for crashing the Sohma New Year's party! (she probably got a camp-invitation but just sent food w/Momiji to avoid freaking everyone out). Is interested in his clothing designs but thinks Ayame's are better out of loyalty.

She seems like a serious sincere sort of person. George generally doesn't feel anything towards people because he generally doesn't interact on more than just a surface/superficial level with them. People who get past that are rare (even rarer than with Mika). So impressions are more like being mentally catalogued as interesting or not. Her involvement with the Sohma's automatically files her as a person of interest. Beyong that, he likes the ponytail and her passion for literature.

Five pieces of headcanon.

I have three years worth of headcanon. UMMM, I'll just do general pieces, you can ask for specifics if you'd like...

1. Mayu knows traditional Japanese dances AND some ballet! Thanks to classes her mother made her take. When she dances, it's heavily skewed to the "technician" point of the "performer vs technician" scale. That is, she dances well, but most times her heart isn't in it. :|a

2. Sun in Capricorn makes her career-oriented, Moon in Leo makes her cling to memories and feel the need to be adored, Mars in Aries= adrenaline junkie, Venus in Aquarius gives her an analytical perspective on love and makes her value friendship over romance... I love her astrological profile...

3. She likes watching historical dramas and some American westerns. "High Noon" is probably a favorite for the psychological aspect. The Seven Samurai/Magnificent Seven rank high also. Has a soft spot for the Brat Pack films of the 80's, as she was a teenager in that decade. And the Indiana Jones films. She never met him in camp, but she'd have played her "Get Out of Monogamy Free" card with him. *_*

4. Mayu is afraid of Noh masks. She thinks the ordinary human-shaped ones are the most creepy. Thank her cousins for one too many late night pranks. If she ever had a boggart, it'd be a Noh-mask telling her horrible, horrible "truths". Like how terrible and worthless she really is and that her family has disowned her and they think she's died.

5. She gave and received her first kisses on her class trip to Kyoto. The other person was a really cute guy on the soccer team, and the other girls were jealous~. But they didn't date long, and he went off to college far away.
