almost time for christmas music.....
wow..it's been like forever and a half...
i have pictures to put up...i just haven't had a chance to get them online and such (of homecomming, senior meet, and things of that sort)
it's so nice to finally have a free weekend. between meets and recruiting trips i haven't had one of these since school started. yay for relaxing!!!
went to a party last night with the most random mix of people EVER. jim called me at like 8:30 and told me to come over...good stuff. the "seanalope" was the funniest thing i think i've ever seen in my life.
went to the st. mary's vs. central football game today. it was actually a better game then i thought it would be...definatly thought central would get their asses kicked. (but i guess they didn't run a lot of their plays cause of the scouts that were there watching them for future play off games) but poor st. mary's is probably out now cause in the last touch down we managed to smash their qauterbacks hand...not good. i feel really bad cuase they had a really good chance at winning states this year. that's a bummer cause the state game is really fun.
speaking of state...abby and i went out to pick out our suits for state meet today...that was quite exciting. especially in those tiny dressing rooms man...haha. tried to get a sweet michael phelps poster for danielle that they had in the window...but apparently it was just a speedo promo and they weren't selling it. i almost took it anyway...uhh.
so basically have my college decision made...but neither of the two coaches that i was between know that. i'm going to have such a hard time saying no to the one coach. he sent me this email and it like made me cry... not cool....

How are you? I had a chance to speak with your dad a little, and I also
had a chance to meet with our swimming coach regarding our scholarship
opportunities. Before I begin, I want to make it very clear that we
would LOVE to have you come to CSU next year and dive for us! With
limited scholarship money, and a big need for more divers, I am trying
to build a team, and at least bring in two more scholarship divers next
year to add to our roster. You are the first diver that we brought out,
you have an impressive list of dives, you're a good student, and we
really enjoyed your personality and maturity while you were here. There
is no doubt in my mind that you would be a valuable member of our team,
and that you could compete immediately with the other divers in The
Mountain West Conference. That being said, I know that you have had
offers from other schools, and I know that my initial offer might be
less than some others you have received. After talking with our
swimming coach, we can offer a scholarship that would include full
tuition and fees, and books. That does not include room and board, but
amounts to approximately 70% of full costs. Hopefully that helps, and
is more in line with the other offers you are getting. I know that you
have a difficult decision to make, and as I have told you before, I have
been on your side of these things for the past 10 years. I know how
difficult it can be to ask questions, and to tell people that you are
not interested, or that you have chosen another school. I want you to
know that I understand all of that, and will do whatever I can to make
that easier for you.

how do you say no to someone like that? but clemson is amazing and i'm super excited for that. the atheletes stay in duplex's so i would have my own room which is really really nice (any of you that have seen my room know why.) it's just really starting to sink in that i'm going to be SOOO far away though and i really don't get to come home much cause of training... oh well. it will all work out...things always do :-)
well gonna go lay down and watch tv...BOOYA is tomorrow and definatly need som rest so i'm up and ready for that sweetness tomorrow!!! woo woo!!!
