#23 [action] - me and my shiny new scissors
[During the early afternoon, Koakuma is out for a walk near the lake. It's still particularly-cold out, so she doesn't plan on attempting to swim or anything. But she does appear to like it here when the weather isn't just completely out to get her, so here she is.
At a few points during this walk, she stops and looks around for no discernible reason, as if something caught her attention...but what? Whatever it is, it isn't terribly clear, and after a few minutes of investigation, she dismisses it as her imagination and simply goes back to what she was doing.
Later in the day, after she's returned to the village, she can be found wandering one of the stores, picking up a handful of different items: a tape measure, assorted ribbons, bows, and clips of different colors, three different sizes of combs, and one really shiny new pair of scissors. What exactly does she plan on doing with that?
Once she's done in the store, it's straight back to the house for her.]
