[At first, it's just voices; ONE LOUD-FORCEFUL ONE and one small shaky one. Nothing can be seen but a door (off it's hinges), a can of peas, and an opened can of cat food next to a toy train set.]

For Christmas, if you know Latvia on a friendly-level or personal-level or have helped Latvia at all since his arrival at discedo; you probably received a page of poetry somehow reflecting the gift-receiver and or a pair of mittens. If you're a nation the mittens are probably colored with your flag colors or close enough anyways.
Everyone who's ever helped Latvia in a meaningful way received an I.O.U. because he didn't have time to find gifts without the worry of a certain SOMEONE trying to jump him for being the rail tracer. If you are unsure if this applies to you, feel free to ask me. (It might help if you mention the deed that you think deserves this in case I forgot.)
Switzerland has an attached note to his I.O.U. apologizing for losing the very first gun Switzerland gave him in his fight against Russia and promises to pay back Switzerland when he can but for now another I.O.U.
Denmark, Prussia, America and Issac (and anyone else who openly believed the rail tracer rumor to Latvia's face) received a note stating; "I DIDN'T EAT YOU THIS YEAR BUT THERE IS ALWAYS NEXT YEAR" It's to keep up the facade because Latvia is betting Denmark blabbed.
THEY ARE NOT SIGNED AND WERE SENT SEPARATELY IF YOU RECEIVED OTHER GIFTS FROM LATVIA. The handwriting on these are a lot bigger and more angrier so it's not noticeable that the other notes look similar to these..
America's I.O.U. is attached to his e-tool with another note from Latvia and Estonia apologizing for not returning it sooner.
